The project
The CIRCULAR MEAT SNACK project, led by Basatxerri in collaboration with Prosumerlab, is a transformative project that seeks to maximise the use of pork by-products from surplus production by revaluing them and minimising the generation of waste. The project contributes to turning Basetxerri into a more sustainable company from a circular economy perspective through the integral development of a valuable food product based on meat by-products that are currently wasted.
