Pilot project for sustainable transformation at Mercedes Martruck Pojazdy Specjalne. This project is a response to the challenges related to adapting to new legal regulations and the growing expectations of stakeholders regarding sustainable development. It covers the implementation of the following activities:
1. Preparation for EMS implementation
2. Carbon footprint analysis
3. Revision and transformation plan of business processes.
The project will contribute to the initiation of the company’s transformation and will be a response to upcoming challenges of sustainable development
