Deployment, integration and testing of HoneyAI solution at Apisol honey packing premises to increase product’s quality and increase productivity.
Apisol is a large honey packer that processes and packs thousands of tons of honey per year for retail. Apisol spends a lot of money and personnel resources every year by analysing honey’s quality/properties from many different suppliers. The greenSMEHub project will allow Apisol to integrate HoneyAI technology at their premises, to automate and improve their quality control pipeline. This 6-months project will strengthen Apisol’s sustainability by adopting robotics and AI to become more competitive.
