Pilot project for the evaluation of a NIR sensor for the real-time determination of fat and protein in milk powder
The main objective of the project is to carry out a pilot project using a NIRS sensor to characterise the milk powder used by the company GALIDIET (manufacturing SME) as an ingredient in breeding cattle feed. GALIDIET will use a NIRS sensor for the acquisition of the milk powder spectra, while AOTECH GALICIA (Technology provider) will be in charge of the elaboration of the predictive models for the determination of fat and protein.
