Near real-time production cost monitoring for resource optimization and recycled materials promotion.
RECONOMY aims at introducing digital tracking of the production execution and its ongoing costs at plastic molding manufacturer to encourage them to increase use of recycled materials. We will use an existing manufacturing operations management platform for it, which will be extended by a new profit calculation component. The integrated solution will be deployed in the manufacturer’s operating environment and validated based on current production orders.
