The project
The aim of the project is to include a social innovation management system in the tannery Ausonia, an SME located in Santa Croce sull’Arno one of the main important tannery districts of SMEs in Europe. The project will allow Ausonia to integrate its organisational structure towards sustainability. In particular, Ausonia has already an environmental management system certified according to ISO14001 and EMAS and with this project wants to achieve SA8000 social certification.
