DiSeA: Digital Servitization in Automotive industry
Cemas Elettra, once a local business, has grown into a European leader in plastic joining technology. They design and develop various welding machines. In the challenging automotive supply chain, CEO Michele Perlo sees a “servitized” business model as the key to maintain their competitive edge. DiSeA will investigate the dimensions of Servitization: data monetisation, ESG factors in a CE model, uspkilling and engagement of workers, risk management for sustainable finance and cyber security.
